These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern your access to and use of the v2555 website located at https://v2555.app and all associated services, including but not limited to the sports betting platform, live casino, Dragon Tiger lobby, slots catalogue, and any mobile-optimised interface provided by v2555 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and v2555 (the "Operator").

Where v2555 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any winnings accumulated during a period of suspected underage activity will be withheld pending investigation. If underage gambling is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance returned, minus applicable processing costs. v2555 reports confirmed instances of underage gambling to relevant authorities where required.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each player is entitled to hold one account only on the v2555 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. All transactions on the v2555 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). v2555 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which v2555 accepts no responsibility.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to another person are strictly prohibited. Deposit processing times on v2555 are as follows:

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any winnings voided, and any balance forfeited. • Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting falsified documents during KYC verification, or impersonating another person.

• Abuse of support staff: Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward v2555 support agents. v2555 reserves the right to terminate the accounts of players who engage in sustained abusive behaviour toward its staff.

Where v2555 reasonably suspects that prohibited conduct has occurred or is occurring, it reserves the right to: suspend the account pending investigation; withhold any pending withdrawals; void specific bets identified as being placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; and permanently close the account with forfeiture of any remaining balance where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms.

Upon receiving a closure request, v2555 will process any remaining balance in the account back to the player's registered payment method after completing any outstanding verification requirements. Account closure requests are typically completed within 48 hours of receipt.

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• v2555 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to v2555.
• The player's jurisdiction has changed and they are no longer eligible to use the Platform.

Where v2555 closes an account unilaterally due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. v2555 will provide written notification of any involuntary account closure and the reason for it via the email address registered to the account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which v2555 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the v2555 complaints process should be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution authority.
